In the meantime, continue saving
stamps, using these guidelines:
The stamps can be from any country,
even the USA. Simply tear or trim the stamps from the envelope leaving them
attached to the paper. It is better to leave a margin of paper around the
stamps.
Be careful when using scissors:
close trimming of the stamps is not desirable as it often damages the stamp.
